Artemis Nolasco, New York Transplant, now living in Santa Ana. Working as a Graphic Designer/ Artist, keeps her fashion design schooling, illustration background, and love of style, deeply engrained in her paintings. Artemis, currently balances her time between live paintings at music events, a growing number of gallery showings, and her full time position, as a graphic artist specializing in apparel graphics. She lives and breathes art on a daily basis, working to perfect her craft and continuing to grow as an artist and an individual.

Bio
Artemis Nolasco, keeps her fashion design schooling, illustration background, and love of style, deeply engrained in her sketches and paintings. She has cited daily observation of unique personal styles as her influence, and depicts beautiful warrior women. Using a mix of watercolor, colored pencil and collage on wood, Artemis paints vibrantly colored backdrops for her lovely muses. Her work is a representation of the female spirit.
Elements found in nature such as the Sun and the Moon have become a recurring theme in her work. The sun represents energy, vitality, and self-confidence. While the moon is that which illuminates our own animal nature while also bringing out visions, insight, and creativity.
Artemis Nolasco is a graduate with a BFA from Parsons school of Design in NYC.
